Rachel Simoes is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She grew up in West Bloomfield, Michigan, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience from Michigan State University prior to completing her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Rachel has several years of healthcare experience, beginning her career as an Emergency Department Technician, where she developed strong clinical skills in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. During her physician assistant training, she completed additional elective rotations in women’s health, strengthening her clinical perspective and supporting her ability to manage a broad spectrum of urological conditions in both male and female patients, with a particular interest in women’s urology.

Rachel is committed to providing high-quality, individualized care in a supportive environment where patients feel heard and comfortable discussing their concerns. She believes strongly in shared decision-making and developing personalized treatment plans that take into account each patient’s goals, values, and unique clinical needs.

Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys running, exploring new restaurants, cooking, traveling, and spending time in Northern Michigan.
