FollowMyHealth is an online tool that provides our patients anytime access to their personal health records.
FollowMyHealth allows our patients to:
- Review their medical records online in a way that is safe and secure.
- Message privately and securely with their providers.
- View results.
- Send an appointment request.
- Update your health information (allergies, medications, conditions, etc.).
- And much more.
The FollowMyHealth patient portal is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is accessible with a computer, tablet or smartphone.
