Dr. Grant Chavin – Munster Community Hospital

Dr. Grant Chavin at Associated Urological Specialists (AUS), is now also on staff at the Community Hospital in Munster, Indiana. As a Board-Certified Urologist, he will be able to see patients and performing surgeries at this Indiana location. However, he will continue seeing new and existing patients at his AUS office in Homewood, Illinois. Dr. Chavin had previously practiced at the Community Hospital for a year.
